On this job we literally did anything. It all started out with replacing some of the exterior trim on the house. Once underway it became apparent that much of the house was rotten. The only choice was to replace the entire exterior, stucco, brick, and wood.

Architectural drawings called for a courtyard right on top of the ledge so we set to work chipping the ledge to fix the drainage problem and prepare for the new courtyard. The leech field had to move to make room for the in ground pool. More ledge had to go so that the driveway could move out of the way of the pool. Much of the overgrown woods was cleared to expand the yard and the view.
Some days there were nearly twenty men working other days just a few. Whatever was necessary to get the job done in time.

We then moved the driveway above the ledge and replaced the old driveway with a garden and landscaped path. A metal fence was installed around the property and we built stone gate pillars at the entrance. We fabricated a double-leaf iron gate and installed an FAAC hydraulic gate motor which opens the gate by keypad or remote control. At the base of the driveway we repaired a stone wall and built new pillars for the property entrance. The Anything Builders team spent several years working to transform the property into what it is now.
